JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 9,700 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 177,088,153 Ordinary shares and 11,800,196 Subscription shares.
