JPMORGAN ASIAN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC (the "Company")

Tender Offer to purchase up to 5 per cent of the Company's Ordinary Shares in issue

Further to the Company's previous announcement on 14 October 2013, the Company is pleased to announce that it has today sent a circular to shareholders in the Company advising of the terms of a 5 per cent Tender Offer (the "Circular").

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available from the Company's website www.jpmasian.co.uk or from the National Storage Mechanism www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
