The Company announces that it has today purchased 84,259 ordinary shares into Treasury at 397.16 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 56,951,889 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 224,682,021.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
