The Company announces that it has today purchased 43,398 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 490.99 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 76,533,273 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 205,100,637. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
