Notice to Shareholders - Total Voting Rights

Following the retirement of the Company's 2015 Zero Dividend Preference Shares we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's total capital is 368,356,327 Shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares).  The Company's capital consists of 337,945,574 Shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as US$ Equity Shares and 30,410,753 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as 2017 Zero Dividend Preference Shares.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 337,945,574 for the US$ Equity Share class and 30,410,753 for the 2017 Zero Dividend Preference share class. These figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
