                        POSTING OF SHAREHOLDER CIRCULAR


Johnson Service Group PLC announces that, on Friday 11 April, it posted a
circular to shareholders regarding the proposed disposal of Johnson Clothing
Limited and the proposed delisting and move to AIM, as announced on Friday 11
April.


The circular contains notices convening a Disposal Extraordinary General Meeting
of shareholders at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London
E1 6AD at 1.15 p.m. on 28 April 2008, at which approval for the proposed
disposal will be sought, and an AIM Extraordinary General Meeting of
shareholders at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London E1
6AD at 11.00 a.m. on 8 May 2008, at which approval for the move to AIM will be
sought.


Copies of the circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
Viewing Facility, which is situated, during normal business hours on any weekday
