                Proposed Changes in Responsibilities of Director



Johnson Service Group PLC, the textile related services and facilities
management Group, announces today that Gary Verity will become Managing Director
of Johnson Cleaners UK Ltd and will assume responsibility for the drycleaning
division with effect from 1 January 2006.



Gary Verity (41) joined the Johnson Service Group PLC on 1 August 2005 as Chief
Operating Officer of Johnson Cleaners UK Ltd. Gary has extensive retail,
consumer and property experience in both the UK and overseas.
