APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Johnson is pleased to announce that along with the appointment of John Talbot to the role of Executive Chairman as announced on 6 August 2008, the Company has appointed Kevin Elliot, Paul Ogle and Chris Sander as directors of the Company with immediate effect (together the 'New Directors'). 

John Andrew Talbot, age 59, joined the Group as Interim Chief Executive Officer on 28 December 2007. John has over 25 years turnaround and restructuring experience and has considerable experience assisting companies in difficult situations. He was formerly global head of Arthur Andersen's Corporate Finance and Corporate Recovery practice until 1999. John is currently an executive at Kroll Talbot Hughes Limited, a leading European turnaround and restructuring firm. John was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 11 June 2008. 

Kevin Paul Elliot, age 45, joined the Group on the acquisition of SGP Property Services Limited in October 2005 where he was co-founder and managing director. He was appointed Managing Director of the Facilities Management division on 1 January 2007.

Paul Derek Ogle, age 40, joined the company in 1997 after spending ten years with footwear retailer The Oliver Group Limited. Prior to his appointment in early 2007 as Managing Director of the Drycleaning division he held the positions of Regional Director, Commercial Director and Deputy Managing Director. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and in early 2008 was appointed to the board of the Textile Services Association.

Chris Sander, age 49, joined the Company in 1984 as Rental General Manager for South Wales. He acted as National Operations Director of Johnsons and Managing Director of Johnsons Apparelmaster before joining the Johnson Service Group Management Board in 2005 and taking over the Divisional Managing Director's chair of the entire Johnson Textile business on 1 January 2008.

John Talbot was a director of the Advanced Value Realisation Company Limited, which was liquidated on 9 August 2004 and dissolved on 10 August 2004 and the chief restructuring officer of Leeds United plc, which entered administration on 19 March 2004, left administration on 3 September 2005 and was dissolved on 31 October 2006.
