Result of Annual General Meeting

John Lewis of Hungerford Plc (AIM: JLH), the specialist kitchen manufacturer and retailer , is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today were duly passed.

At the AGM the total votes cast on each resolution were as follows:
