John Lewis of Hungerford (AIM: JLH), the specialist kitchen manufacturer and retailer, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website ( www.john-lewis.co.uk ) under the About Us/Investors section.
The AGM will be held on Wednesday 18 January 2023 at 2.00pm at Grove Business Park, Downsview Road, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 9FA.
