The Company was notified yesterday that 500,000 ordinary shares were acquired by
Warm Welcome Management Limited on 19 July 2005.  The purchase increases Warm
Welcome Management Limited's holding to 10,657,365 ordinary shares representing
approximately 7.16 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
