John Lewis of Hungerford Plc ('the Company') announces that John Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company, notified it on 10 June 2013 that he sold 3,500,000 ordinary shares at 0.725 pence per share on 7 June 2013.  Following this disposal John Lewis holds 80,466,678 ordinary shares representing 43.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
