John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited ("JLEN" or the "Company") advises that as at 3 August 2015 its issued share capital comprises 224,356,435 Ordinary Shares. No shares are held in treasury.

As such the total voting rights figure of 224,356,435 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
