Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement made earlier today in relation to the proposed equity raise and placing programme, the directors of the Company are pleased to announce the publication of a prospectus in connection with the Placing and Offer for Subscription and Placing Programme.

The Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.jlen.comand on the National Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Prospectus will also be made available at the Company's offices at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4NA.

Winterflood Securities Limited is acting as sole sponsor, financial adviser and bookrunner to the Company.
