Notice of Annual General Meeting

John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited (JLEN), which manages a balanced portfolio of environmental infrastructure projects, today announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4NA, on Thursday, 14 August 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

Copies of the notice of AGM have today been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website www.jlen.com.
