Director/PDMR shareholding

John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that it was today notified that the Directors of the Company have today acquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 101.0 pence per Ordinary Share, pursuant to the Placing and Offer for Subscription.

DTR 3.1.2 R requires that the Directors of the Company, in their capacity as persons discharging managerial responsibilities, disclose any transaction conducted on their own account in the shares of the Company.

The number of Ordinary Shares acquired by each Director, following scale back, and their subsequent total shareholding is set out in the table below:
