Exercise of approved share options



The Company has been notified today that on 27 March 2006, Mike Forder, Group
Finance Director, exercised approved share options for 14,280 shares
at a price of 210p per share. All of the shares were retained by Mr. Forder.
After this transaction, Mike Forder's disclosable interest in the Company is
52,130 shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.


These new ordinary shares have already been admitted to trading on AIM under the
Company's blocklisting arrangements.
