                             Director's Shareholding

Dart Group plc has today been advised that Mike Forder, the Group Finance
Director of the Company has today purchased 4,459 Dart Group plc ordinary 5p
shares at a price of 155.95p per ordinary share, taking his total holding in the
Company to 9,409 shares.
