DART GROUP PLC ('the Company')
The Company was informed today that, in response to demand from index tracking
funds and other institutions as a result of the recent promotion of Dart Group
into the FTSE Actuaries All Share Index, Philip Meeson has today sold 450,000
ordinary shares at 328p per share. Following this transaction he now holds
14,160,000 ordinary shares representing 41.42% of the issued share capital.
