Director's dealings

The Company was informed today that John Adams, a director of the Company,
today sold 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price
of 317p per Ordinary Share. The sale was effected principally for tax purposes
and in relation to a house purchase following the relocation of the Company's
distribution division to Portsmouth. Following this sale Mr Adams has an
interest in 82,258 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.24 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
