The Company received notice on 3 February 2012 that on 3 February 2012, Mark Laurence, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 75,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65p per share.

Mark Laurence's beneficial interest in the Company following this transaction is 175,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
