The Company announces that as Mike Forder's daughter is now 18, her 1,400
ordinary shares in the Company are no longer considered to form part of Mike
Forder's beneficial interest in the Company. Mike Forder is therefore now
interested in 207,120 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.15% of the
Company's issued share capital.
