CLASS 2  TRANSACTION




Dart Group PLC announces today that it has acquired two Boeing 757-200 aircraft
from New Mexorado Gas LLC.



The aircraft will be used to further expand the operations of Channel Express
(Air Services) Limited.   The consideration will be met from existing cash and
bank resources.
