Dart Group PLC ("the Company")

Block Admission

The Company wishes to announce that it has applied for 2,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM under a new block admission.  The block admission relates to Ordinary Shares which could be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under employee share option schemes in the future.

It is anticipated that the admission will become effective on 27 November 2012.
