                             AGM TRADING STATEMENT


Dart Group PLC is pleased to announce that all of the Annual General Meeting
resolutions were approved.

Commenting on current trading, Philip Meeson, Chairman and Chief Executive,
said: 'Further to the comments I made in my Chairman's Statement on 16 June,
2005, I am pleased to confirm that the Group continues to trade in line with
budget.'
