The Company announces that Mr Aaron Le Cornu, who was appointed as a Director in January 2011, will be retiring from its Board following the AGM on 4th March 2021. Mr Alan Bryce will succeed Mr Le Cornu as the Senior Independent Director with effect from 4 March 2021.
