Additional information:	On 12 March 2010, Sportsdirect.com Retail Limited ("SRL") called for a re-purchase of 700,000 JD Sports Fashion plc ("JD") shares which are subject to an uncommitted facility repurchase transaction which was made under the terms of a Global Master Repurchase Agreement (the "Repo Agreement") entered into with Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Limited (in administration) ("KSF").  As KSF did not deliver these 700,000 JD shares to SRL on 15 March 2010 when delivery was requested pursuant to the Repo Agreement SRL relinquished any rights it may have had in these JD shares under the Repo Agreement, without prejudice to its other rights, on 16 March 2010. SRL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sports Direct International plc.
