Further to the announcement on 25 November 2008, JD Sports Fashion plc ('JD'), the leading retailer of sports and fashion branded and own brand footwear and apparel, announces that due to the change in the voting rights in JJB Sports plc ('JJB') announced on 10 December 2008, JD's investment of 25,058,100 shares in JJB represented 9.99% of the issued voting ordinary share capital.
