Jaywing Plc (AIM: JWNG), the marketing and data science business specialising in integrated marketing and risk and data consulting, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 2.30pm today, shareholders duly passed all of the resolutions proposed.

Change of Name of Nominated Adviser and Broker
The Company also announces that its Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker has changed its name to Cavendish Securities plc following completion of its own corporate merger.
