Jaywing plc, the UK agency specialising in data science, today announces that Caroline Ackroyd will be stepping down as a Director and Chief Financial Officer with effect from April 2022, in order to pursue new opportunities.

The Board will now begin the search process for a new Chief Financial Officer, and a further announcement will be made in due course. Caroline will continue to support the Company whilst serving her notice period.

Andrew Fryatt, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Caroline for her contribution to the business, and for her part in its restructuring. We wish her all the best for the future."
