                            Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 27th December 2007 it applied for 100,000 Ordinary
Shares held in treasury to be  cancelled. Prior to this the Company had acquired
2,500 shares at 190p on 26th November 2007 giving a holding in  Treasury of
101,000 Ordinary Shares.

Following this transaction, the Company holds 1,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury,
and has 10,800,000 Ordinary Shares in  issue (excluding Treasury Shares).
