                               Trading Statement

Jarvis is pleased to announce that the Company is currently trading ahead of
market expectations for the year to 31st December 2006.

Andrew Grant, Chairman, commented: 'We are pleased with the performance of the
Company so far and look forward to the remainder of the financial year with
confidence'

The Company expects to announce its interim results for the six months to 30th
June 2006 in July.
