JARVIS SECURITIES PLC

Jarvis Securities PLC (the "Company") announces the resignation of Mathew Edmett as Finance Director with immediate effect.

The process of identifying a suitable replacement for the role has begun.  A further announcement will be made in due course. In the interim, the financial reporting process will be overseen by Andrew Grant, the current Chief Executive of the Company.

In connection with the departure of Mr Edmett, the 140,000 vested options and 50,000 non-vested options granted to him (which would have represented in total, if exercised, 1.77% of the Company's issued share capital as enlarged by such an exercise)  have lapsed in accordance with their terms and are no longer exercisable.
