The Company has today received notification that on 1 September 2010 Nick Crabb, Director of the Company, purchased 4,247 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("the Shares") at a price of 117p per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Crabb's total interest in the Company is 4,247 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares.  Mr Crabb also has options over 100,000 ordinary shares.
