The Company has today received notification that on the same day, Mathew Edmett, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 4,107 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("the Shares") at an average price of 121p per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Edmett's total interest in the Company is 4,107 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares.  Mr Edmett also has options over 190,000 ordinary shares.
