Director Shareholdings

Andrew Grant and Mathew Edmett each purchased 2,500 Ordinary shares in the 
Company at a price of 66.5p on 11 October 2005.

Andrew Grant now holds 6000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.05 per 
cent. of the issued share capital. Mr Grant also has an interest in Sion 
Holdings Limited which has an unchanged interest in the Company's issued share 
capital.

Mathew Edmett now holds 5000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.04 
per cent. of the issued share capital.
