Jarvis Securities plc is pleased to announce that its trading subsidiary, Jarvis
Investment Management plc, has won two further contracts for Model B equity
settlement.

The most recent contract is with Daniel Stewart & Company plc and this follows
the successful transfer of Gibraltar Asset Management's settlement business from
a competing outsourced provider. Further contracts are currently under
negotiation and Goldman Sachs have also extended their existing contract to late
2006 and agreed an additional contract for the provision of further services.
