                Two Contract Wins and Transactions in own shares

The Company is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with two
further corporate clients to provide Managed Fund administration, trade and
settlement functions and PEP/ISA management. Appropriate commercial and Model B 
agreements are being drafted and specific details will be announced when these
have been signed off.

The Company also announces that between 15th August 2006 and 18th August 2006 it
bought 10,000 shares to hold in  Treasury at an average price of 99 pence per
share.

The Company now holds a total of 25,000 shares in Treasury. The Company will
continue to purchase its own shares for  Treasury when appropriate and in
accordance with the authority granted by its Members.
