DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS

GEORGE HO

We received notification today that Mr George Ho, a director of JMH,
has been allotted 13,551 New Ordinary Shares of Mandarin Oriental
International Limited ('MOIL'), a subsidiary of JMH, at a price of
US$0.51 per share in connection with the Rights Issue of MOIL. The
interest arising from the provisional allotment was announced on 24
February 2000 and the take-up of rights in full on 8 March 2000.
