JARDINE MATHESON HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 26th November 2015 in connection with the appointments of Mr Yiu Kai Pang as Deputy Managing Director and Mr John Raymond Witt as Finance Director of the Company with effect from 1st August 2016 and 1st April 2016, respectively.  We wish to advise the following directorships they held in other publicly quoted companies in the previous five years:
