Further to the announcement of 9 February 2006, the Company announces that each
of the existing ordinary shares of 10p have today been sub-divided into two new
ordinary shares of 5p each.



Where applicable, CREST accounts are being credited with the new ordinary shares
today and replacement share certificates will be posted to shareholders by 3
March 2006.



The ISIN of the new ordinary shares is GB00B0LS8535.
