In accordance with the rules of the above plan the Renumeration Committee has
awarded the Directors of the Company ordinary share options as detailed below

Geoffrey Halstead   20,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 200.00 pence
Mark Halstead       20,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 200.00 pence
Gordon Oliver       20,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 200.00 pence

The date of the grant is 6th October 2000 and the period of exercise is between
the third and the tenth anniversary from the date of the grant.
