ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company to his spouse on 14 October
2005.

Including Mr Oliver's spouse's shareholding above, Mr Oliver is the beneficial
owner of 15,752 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of
the issued share capital.
