Director's shareholding

The Company announces that Geoffrey Halstead, the Chairman of the Company, has today exercised options over 18,000 ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each at a price of 221 pence per share. These shares have been transferred into the name of Geoffrey Halstead's spouse.
