James Halstead announces that Mr J A Wild, a non-executive director of the
Company, has today acquired 1,744 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
517 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Wild has an interest in 47,598
ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued share
capital.
