Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust PLC ('the Company') has received
notification from Apollo Fund plc ('Apollo') that following a purchase of
3,000,000 Geared Income shares in the Company, Apollo now has an interest in
3,250,000 Geared Income shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 5.17% of
the issued share capital of that share class. The Shares are registered in the
name of Chetwyn Nominees Limited.
