Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust PLC (`the Company') has received notification from Apollo Fund plc (`Apollo') that
following a sale of 1,500,000 Geared Income shares in the Company, Apollo now no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Geared Incone shares of the Company.  The Shares are registered in the name of Chetwyn Nominees Limited.
