Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust PLC (`the Company') has received
notification from Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited that it has
an interest in 6,951,953 Zero Dividend Preference shares representing 11.07% of
that share class and 5.53% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
