notification from Britannic Asset Management Limited ('Britannic') that
following the reconstruction of Jupiter Enhanced Income Investment Trust PLC,
Britannic has an interest in 6,479,689 Geared Income shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing 11.72% of the issued share capital of that share class.
The Shares are registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited.
