Limited 1,000,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 101.23 pence per share.
The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 102.75 pence
and 100 pence respectively



Upon the cancellation of these shares, the number of shares in issue

will be 3,911,529,751
